Yet what they didn't or don't realize, is that the EO was drafted and created with a bipartisan group of legal experts. There is no legal challenge to the EO!

And so... I suspect this could be an opportunity to justly flip the currently fabricated odds, against Whale manipulators, who have stacked up against smaller players.
