Who will win the Romanian presidential election?

My question today is simple: is George Simion the new Calin Georgescu?
Calin Georgescu was banned from the Romanian presidential election, then the Constitutional Court upheld his ban.
During this time, George Simion has supported Calin Georgescu.
Now, George Simion has filed paperwork to run for president, supposedly with the blessing of Calin Georgescu.
For context, George Simion received ~14% of the vote in 2024. Also, there's some polling which suggests he gets over 20% of the vote if Calin Georgescu isn't in the race - but who trusts polls?
IMO, the real question is whether Calin Georgescu's voters switch to George Simion en masse. Either as a reward for his support of Calin Georgescu or because George Simion does well enough in the first round organically that he's their only populist option in the second round.
Anyway, George Simion is around $0.23 on Kalshi and $0.22 on PM. I feel like the wild card here is lawfare. If you think he's going to be banned, this price point is high. If you think he'll be allowed to run, this price point is low. However, I could be wrong!
