There are so many eyes on Powell. I feel like I'm engaging in response bias but who could take this much pressure and feel their immune from any responsibility for their actions ever? Probably Powell...
I do know this, the journalists would not be screeching if Powell wasn't sweating a bit from the heat (from Barron's no less). He probably had someone leak to do a piece on this given how fast they got it out.
